Ecstasy
Some girls in our class made a video about the different ways that ecstasy can affect people. Watch it here. Look out for the animation in the middle.

Yesterday we had a smoking talk for health week.
A man from the National Health Grampian came to show us what happens to a smoker’s body when they smoke.
The effects of smoking can be really bad; you can get lung cancer, and stomach cancer.
Your teeth and skin become yellow and your house, breath and clothes, smell of smoke.
This jar of tar is how much tar a 20-a-day smoker puts in their body from smoking a year!
Our new topic for this term is ‘Choices’. We are making posters about alcohol, and how it can affect your body.
Remember: if you are over 18, the right amount of alcohol is OK, and it might even make you feel relaxed. But too much over the limit and you are damaging your body. Children under 5 can’t have a sip of alcohol.
Binge drinking is a big problem in the UK, it is when people drink far too much alcohol and it can start fights!
We are trying to think of ways to help people stop Binge drinking!
Drink safely!
