Liam F’s scottish dialect poem

Listen to my poem here

Fowk playin’ fitba afore school,

Bringin their bikes ti school,

The bell rings the bairns go inside,

Tae dae their work,

Play time comes,

It passes quick,

They finish a their work,

 lunch time comes,

The bairns eat their denner,

Ging oot ti i playground an play,

They play skippin an ’hide an tig,’

The bell soonds time tae line up,

They ging back inside,

Deen a their work,

Went hame loved the day.

My favourite line is when you say, “the bell soonds time tae line up” – that is just so good, well done LIam F.
