Yesterday we had a smoking talk for health week.
A man from the National Health Grampian came to show us what happens to a smoker’s body when they smoke.
The effects of smoking can be really bad; you can get lung cancer, and stomach cancer.
Your teeth and skin become yellow and your house, breath and clothes, smell of smoke.
This jar of tar is how much tar a 20-a-day smoker puts in their body from smoking a year!
A couple of months ago we had a heath week at sandaig primary school to it was really good.

I enjoyed health week at loirston cause we got to do activites such as cricket,a walk to the thistle hotel, a man came to talk to us about smoking.
