Ryan A-A poem about my football match

Loirston V Glashiburn

Wondering if we would win

Determined

Harlaw pitches on a Saturday morning

As I warmed up for the game

Loirston V Glashieburn

Wondering if it would be tough

Excited

Muddy autumn morning

As we started the game

Loirston V Glashieburn

Wondering what the score would be

Happy

Connor scored the goal

As we celebrated the goal

Loirston V Glashieburn

Wondering when it would finish

Worried

Glashie were getting closer

As we were defending the goal

Loirston V Glashieburn

Wondering if we would progress to the next round

Annoyed

The referee blew the fulltime whistle

As we won the game

The Loch ness monster by Ryan

A long time ago I was going out with my children when I saw a little head popping out of the Loch. I thought it was just rocks so to prove it I took a camera and zoomed in. It was moving. I took a photograph and brought it to the professor and showed it to him. He was shocked. He thought it was just rocks like what I said so he got his friend to see if there really was a Loch ness monster.

His friend Andy and I got our swimming suits on and dived in. It was freezing but we never gave up until we came to a cave. We saw the Loch ness monster so we swam fast to catch it but it was hugely dangerous and very fast. As we swam through the dark cave, it was so dark it was like a huge black curtain over it.

We carried on until and we realised that we ended up in an even darker cave so we had to take our torch out and switch it on but we still couldn’t see much. I felt something squidgy under my feet. Andy and I swam under to see what it was. It was huge when you were beside it. I took it by the tail and Andy tried to chain it up. We took the monster back up to the shore and then stuck it in a very big tank before it swam away.

“Here you go professor,” repeated Andy.

“ What in the world is that”? Asked the professor” in a surprised voice. Right I will take a photo and I will show everyone that the Loch ness monster is real. Now let it go free because I have all that I need.

Jodie-a poem about my dog

The big surprise

I thought it was a cat a rat even a bat,

Maybe a parrot but it wouldn’t like carrots,

Then a rabbit but I wouldn’t have it ,

Of course a hog a bog but most defiantly a dog,

but what should I call her ?Holly? Polly? I’ve got it Molly ,She’s black and white she’s my little teddy bear , And she’s always ready at 12 o’clock for her walk.

Our trip to Terabithia!

Bridge to Terabithia

Today we went to the cinema to see the film Bridge to Terabithia.  It was an exciting and emotional movie.  The main characters (Jess and Leslie, two friends from school) used their imagination to escape to a magical land only accessible by swinging on an old rope.   Jess adopts a dog and they take it into the Kingdom of Terabithia to hunt a giant Troll that has left giant footprints in the ground. Later on in the film Leslie dies and Jess has to rule the kingdom with his youngest sister.

Kirsty’s Talk

Rebecca’s Loch Ness Monster story

It all happened to us. We were sitting by the banks of the Loch Ness, when Jay heard something. I sat up, as the wind blew, we heard it again. We moved closer to the water, where the sound was coming from!

‘Quick give me the video camera ‘ I shouted.I put it on, and then the Loch Ness Monster peeped its head up through the water.Jay, surprised, said ‘ wow!’ The next day Jay and I managed to get in contact with the professor. The professor and I were good friends from a long time ago! We gave the tape to him, he was very happy with us. Two weeks later Jay and I had been to so many interviews. We had been given one thousand pounds so far. We still were going to get a bit more from the local newspaper. We were back at the professor’s lab, he wanted to capture the Loch Ness Monster.‘No never, you can’t take the Loch Ness Monster out, it will die so no!‘ I angrily shouted to the professor. He said ‘ok ok I won’t. ‘

Now I am happy that the Loch Ness Monster is alone, and that the monster can surprise more people in the future.

samantha’s loch ness monster story.

One day professor James my dad and I were on our way to the loch in Inverness called the loch ness . Apparently there is supposed to be some kind of monster in there.A few hours later we arrived and we got out of the car and went down the steps and had a couple of sandwiches while sitting on the rocks. After we had our sandwiches we went in to the water in a submarine till nine pm then we went to fined a hotel. At last we found one called the nessie and stayed the night.

in the morning we drove back to the loch to possibly find something.

After a while of searching we found a family and captured pictures and when we got home we showed every body and it was all over the news.
