That’s us off for our easter holiday now! We will get 2 weeks off and then be back on the following Wednesday. I hope all of you will have a fantastic easter!

Our class have done some animations on evacuees.Here are some pictures of us working on them.

For our concert P3 to 7 sang songs about kings and Queens,p6 and 7 chose to sing songs from the band Queen.

I used a piece of cleaning cloth to make the mask. The nosepiece was made from the top half of a juice bottle. I made holes in the cloth, then I stuck cellophane over the top of the holes for eye holes. Then I stapled elastic on the cloth for the straps. The top of the bottle is the original filter. The top has holes in it. For Red Nose Day, you can even use your red nose as a filter for it!

As part of their enterprise project, Primary 1 have been selling eggs for a £1 and getting people to decorate them. The winners will be announced later in the week.  Here are some of the entries.

On the 17 of march it was red nose day. Each pupil brought 50p to wear their own clothes, the money got donated to comic relief 2007. We raised £542.83p.We are very happy with the amount we raised and that it will change people’s lives.

I made my gas mask from cardboard, then cut three holes for the nose piece and the eyes, I put goggles in the eye holes,then put a tin in the other, I then covered it in sponge to make it softer and then drew funky designs on it.

My gas mask is made from a bottom of a pringle tube , milk bottle lids and a craft mask.

My gas mask is made from a balloon with papermashay then a tin cut into it .Then I used a card tube to make two eyes, after that I painted it and then I was done.
